Creating new raster from several others, with conditions

Hi all,

I have ArcMap 10 open with several layers, all in raster form.

Although I have managed to get all layers to only contain information of interest to me, I'm trying to figure out how I can create a new raster which performs an 'intersect-like' function to incorporate only the data which meets criteria. My raster layers are mostly with classes, however one is a DEM.
For example, Layer A has only two classes; one with value '1' and the others with 'no data'. It is bigger in area than Layer B, but not all A or B values of '1' overlap DEM data in Layer C.
Thus, these areas should be ignored.

I have tried using 'extract by attributes', 'raster calculator', etc., however none seem to work. How can I essentially 'extract' so that only overlapping areas which qualify are kept?

If this is difficult to understand, please let me know and I will try to specify.
