ESRI Server is having problems loading basemaps on help.arcgis.com

The basemaps from arcgis.com especially from help.arcgis.com are loading basemaps one square at a time. I think the server is having issues.

This appears to have been fixed now. If you are still having problems with basemaps loading from ArcGIS.com be sure and reply to this thread. Thanks, Janie

ESRI Server is having problems loading the World Locator Service on tasks.arcgis.com.
The World Locator is working off and on. Sometimes it is just taking it awhile to load the address line entry field. Janie
