ArcGis Online link

In my new job site, I viewed its //.../REST/services (e.g. http://fhfl15gisweb.flhd.fhwa.dot.gov/ArcGIS/rest/services/Finance/Finance_2005/MapServer).  In the View In: list, there are the links for ArcMap, ArcGIS Explorer, ArcGIS JavaScript, Google Earth, but there is NO the one for ArcGis.com.  I remeber the link should be there and I used it many times.  Why it is not there?

ArcGIS Server 10.0 and later show this link. The server listed is at version 9.3.1 which will not have this link.

You can view your map in arcgis.com by using the following URL:

http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?url=<URL to MapServer or MapService Layer resource>

eg:
http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?url=http://fhfl15gisweb.flhd.fhwa.dot.gov/ArcGIS/rest/...
