Hi, I am having frequent issues with the ArcGIS Server Manager 9.2 SP6. We have a few applications which use these GIS Services but stop responding randomly. And the reason is that the services (all at once) stop working even if their status is "STARTED", if I try to stop the services, they move to a state "STOPPING" and then nothing happens till the server is rebooted.
The windows server in use is 2003, Standard edition, SP1.
Could the issue be with the windows server ? or do I need to try post installation of the server manager itself ?
Any guidance is appreciated.
