Go to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Utilities' and double-click the AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe.  Click on the 'Raster' tab and set the 'Maximum number of attribute table entries' to a larger number.

Thanks for answer,
the 'Maximum number of attribute table entries' is a 65536,
the raster object that insert in FileGeoDataBase is a 3495, and values in last records is a <ERROR> in [NAME] Field & <ERROR> in [OBJECTID] Field. Record with <ERROR> value I can not delete.

Hi Pavel,

Are you using ArcGIS 10?  If so, I would recommend using a mosaic dataset rather than a raster catalog.  Mosaic Datasets are much more efficient and provide additional functionality.
