Hello, I downloaded and installed the trial version of CityEngine 2011.1 three days ago. Today it crashed with a "multiple errors" warning box. Upon restarting it, the license now appears to be invalid, as I get the license error box of "Please upgrade your license. License has been invalidated". I get the option of browsing to a license file, but don't know where to find the trial license file. I am running a windows 7, 64-bit machine. Any ideas? Thanks! Kevin

hi Kevin !

this is odd ..

are you located in the US ? if so, please contact esri support (support@esri.com) and ask them for a Time Limited Full License / TRIAL extension, mentioning your issue.

if you are located outside the US, please find your local Esri Distributor and contact them, with the same inquiry. http://www.esri.com/about-esri/locations.html

you'll get access to the full installer (which has the Exporter also included) plus an Activation Code.

ok ?

Thanks Matthias,

My ESRI regional representative hooked me up with a new trial license (with exporter activated) so I can continue to test the CityEngine software. Of course, now I'm running into all sorts of issues trying to get the exported model textures working with ArcScene 10, but I'll check the forum to see if anyone else has already blazed that trail.

Thanks again for your help!
