How can I add the numeric text to the isosurface

Hello everyone,I encountered one troubling problem about my gis project.I wish someone to help me.
The problem is that now I have drawn the isosurface by using the arcgis toolbox and then return it back to the client browser.But now the boss ask me to add some numeric text to the isosurface in order to discribe the property of each cake of the isosurface.For example ,you see the picture I do with the photoshop
Can anyone help me?
