bug: Query Where 1=2 returns more than zero features

I would expect the count to be zero if Where="1=2", however I get 3149 (all features).

In some cases I notice setting Where="1=1" is used to return all rows, seems like 1=2 would return none.

Thank you for this posting. Since this is a 10.0 specific issue, I have submitted a bug for ArcGIS Server for .NET 10.0. Please let us know if this is critical for your workflow.

This is not reproducible in 10.1 beta.
