Web Editing

Has anyone run into a problem with the map template symbols not appearing in the web app ?  I created a map editing template using "simple fill symbols" but these do not appear in the app itself.

I haven't run into this issue, perhaps there's something missing in the code? Can you post the portion of your code that sets up the editor?
