Creating an X,Y point from tabular data

I'm trying (with no success whatsoever) to display 80+ points across my study area that have multiple fields and up to 50,000 rows each. I've seen instructions on how to display a range of points listed within one table as a single row each, yet nothing that will allow me to introduce an entire dataset for each XY point. Below is an example of the datasets I need to display. Please if anyone has an idea how to do each individually that would be great. If anyone knows how to integrate everything so I don't have to repeat the process 80+ times, that would be AMAZING!
