Problem with attribute parameters on bi-directional streets

I have a network dataset built from Navteq streets which is used in an application to route oversize vehicles.  One of the parameters is height:  I need to restrict overheight vehicles from trying to  pass under certain bridges and other structures.  Everything works fine except in the following case:

A Navteq street segment is Bi-directional and is represented by a single line feature, but the height restriction is different depending upon the direction of travel.  In other words, a 14 foot high mast arm might extend over only the northbound side of the road limiting passage to vehicles less than 14 feet high.  However, for southbound travel, there would be no restriction based on height.  My problem is:  how do I assign a height restriction value to the bi-directional road feature to restrict certain northbound vehicles and at the same time not restrict southbound travel?  I only have one street segment to which I can assign a height limit.

Any suggestions or work-around ideas would be greatly appreciated.
