Link Popup won't open

When i configure the pop-up and fill in the URL and the Link (to a pdf or jpg file) the link won't open in ArcGIS for iOS but it works on ArcGIS.com webviewer. What am i doing wrong?

Can you share the web map temporarily or can you show the structure of the URL you are using?

I tested the popups configured for layer "BBK Delft Rijswijk " and it works fine.

A little late but it might help someone. It appears the iOS app can't handle spaces in a file name.
