I have 7 polygon layers, each with a single attribute (1,2,3...). In arc-reader I want to search for a address, with the intent of finding out which polygon the address is within. The address information cannot be sent over the internet, hence the requirement of arc-reader. However, we do have arc info for the development of the project.
This will be preformed by non-gis personnel, so the simplest method would be the most desirable.
