Copy Raster tool fails after applying Service Pack 3

I have tried to export a raster in an SQL Server Enterprise geodatabase, and then into a file geodatabase and it gives me the generic 9999 error (it happened on all my student's computers - Windows XP, and also on my laptop - Windows 7), after applying yesterday the Service Pack 3 update, for Desktop and ArcSDE.

Another annoying issues is the fact that clicking the File Menu takes ages to open (more than one minute on some computer). Applying the File Menu Patch doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

PS: I can't wait to see what new bugs are in store :) !
