There is an old adage, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."  ESRI really could have followed this advice when it revamped the support pages.  To say my experiences here have been awful is a major understatement.  Basic, basic search results are now convoluted and a total mess--I have to scroll through pages of junk to find a simple answer.  Where is the ESRI glossary?  That online resource was invaluable!  I could go on and on.

I certainly hope that 10 will not bring the disappointment that the new site has brought.
