Projectraster model

I am trying to use the project raster tool, from data management toolbox, within a model to enable my users to run it with several extents in batch.
Extents is obviously an environment setting so this is the only way I could do it. Well the tool runs fine on the first image and moves to the second but it gets confused and clips and projects a small part of the raster from within the extent.
It carries on in this vein until it stops on the fourth or fifth image with an error saying extent is out of bounds or something similar.

I am trying to process 35 separate GeoTIFFS, then clip and re-project using this tool to create 35 new TIFFS without marginalia. I am also trying to simplify a flowline given to us by another organisation, which means I do not wish to try other tools at the moment.

I am using Arcview 9.3.1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
