how to Interpret spline?

Hi

I need some help to understand output from spline (spatial analyst).

I have use some points with values and it comes with High: 6.75679e+008 Low -5.15814e+008

How to Interpret this

What can you do in the case where you have multiple values for points that are in the exact same location? An example is 10 points "stacked" with values ranging from 1-5.
