I have a troble with my ArcGIS REST API. As Usually, if I'm upload a new service on arcgis server, I always restart the ArcGIS REST API in http://<host>:8399/manager/html But, a moment ago, I do it, but can't success and there is a message "FAIL - Application at context path /arcgis/rest could not be started" I Try to restart my computer, and do it again. The result is same, ArcGIS REST API could not started, there is a message "FAIL - Application at context path /arcgis/rest could not be started".
FYI, I use ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 ArcGIS SOC and SOM service is run.
