Kernel Density from Property IDs

Hello! I'm absolutely new to ArcGIS, so this might be trivial.

I'm trying to map out the density of foreclosures in my city. I have DBF of every property that has foreclosed in the past several years and I have already joined this to the city parcels (I now see every parcel in the city with the foreclosed properties in pretty colors!) However, this map is HUGE and is very difficult to present.

Here's what I'm having trouble with: I'm trying to show the density of foreclosed properties, but I only have the Address and Property ID of each property (I based the join on Property ID). What do I need to do to get the Kernel Density tool to recognize these properties and display the data in a presentable format?

Thank you.
