Please let me know how to
do Kriging from data points, and then
calculate the size of area where the interpolated value is above a specified cutoff value?
I also want to obtain interpolated values for the each location of another set of points
(to validate the sensitivity/specificity of interpolation).
A Python code for such purposes would be appreciated,
