Services with Feature Access Capability not showing in REST Directory

I have several map services and gptools and image services listed fine in my REST Services Directory (AGS 10 sp1, Windows 2008). This is not the case for map services with Feature Access/Editing capabilities. Any suggestion?

Have you cleared the REST cache?
http://<server>/ArcGIS/rest/admin

It is set on periodic every 60 min. I have also cleared it manually before posting the problem. Thanks.

  Did you resolve this issue?  We have map services with feature access enabled that are showing up in the REST directory, but one that is currently not.  REST cache has been refreshed.
