As a student at the University of Redlands doing a masters in GIS I heavily rely on the site for background and insight to help with problems in my thesis project, especially with geoprocessing and python. With the "site upgrade" none of my searches to try to find help on anything have worked, instead all I get are ArcGIS 10 help files. I know and understand that ESRI wants everyone to upgrade and embrace the new product and that's great, but what about the current users who used the support site regularly? Now we can't get answers easily, or at all because of the redesign. Was there a good reason to disable all the old pages instead of just creating a new area for the new software support? If the new site had been easy to use, that'd be one thing but this "upgrade" is obviously NOT ready to be the primary source of support information.
