Comtypes and ArcPy

I found comtypes an amazing tool to work with arcobject in python. Arcpy is an esay to use feature in ArcGIS 10.0. But I can't convert the object defined in Arcpy to object types in comtypes.gen. I am looking for a way to combine these two good tools to achieve some automated mapping functions. Dose any one give me some suggest?

As comtypes is not an officially supported library in ArcGIS, there is no released API for converting to/from arcpy objects and comtypes.
