It looks like there was a trailing comma at line 143. While some browsers (Chrome, Firefox) will ignore trailing commas IE does not. Until the fixed version of the sample is ready you can run the code by removing the comma after STRING_FIELD_OPTION_TEXTAREA and the sample should run.
