New Site Very Disappointing

I am extremely frustrated by the new searching and display mechanism.


  • I have lost all my links to technical articles

  • The knowledge held in the old forum is virtually lost, as the searching mechanism for this forum no longer gives a number of results with a small amount of detail, but instead just topics, and only 10 at a time.

  • The links provided from a Resource Center search do not appear to work - "The Page you are looking for has moved".


Why weren't the old forums migrated to the new format?  These is so much information in these forums, I cannot believe that you would virtually discard them by not making them searchable from the Support Center.

When updating new web sites it is imperative that old links not be removed.  If users are still using these links, then they should remain available (perhaps with an added message of where the new site is).  This a a blatant disregard for web usability standards and an affront to all users who have provided help and answers on the ESRI site.
