What StreetMap product are you using? Is this an extension to one of the ArcGIS solutions? Typically Esri StreetMap Premium data is found on its own media, usually 2 CDs. The data needs to be copied to local machine in order to use it when working through any tutorial. If you are missing the media, please contact Esri Customer Service.
