We are purchasing a laser rangefinder for field work this summer and assuming we have high accuracy x-y-z coordinates for the spot where the viewer is standing, does Arc 9.3 have a tool that can take the horizontal distance, vertical distance, and azimuth to a distant point, and calculate the x-y-z location of the point?
