The maxRecordCountFactor property (Query | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.17 ) is not working for Map Service queries. It's not clear from the API documentation whether it should or not.
If not, what would be a way to bypass the maxRecordCount from the service, only when doing a query to get the attributes? Using start+num and looping until we reach the recordCount of the layer? Any ways to do that in a single query?
