New Home Page Editor Questions

Hi.  I'm working on updating our AGOL home page using the new editor and I could use some help with a couple of issues:

1. When setting the logo and title to sit above or below the cover image, the change doesn't save and removes my logo and title from the header. The other positions within the image are fine.  Any idea what is going on?

2. Setting the "Overlay opacity" to zero using the slider does not completely remove the overlay.  It still makes our image slightly dark.  Is there a way to remove the opacity completely?

I wanted to add a quick follow-up.  Esri took a look at what I was experiencing regarding the banner title and they are looking into it.

So my question about the overlay opacity is the only one I could use some help with.
