GdbExchange.xsd and attribute rules

Hi,

In ArcGIS Pro installation folder (C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\XmlSchema) we have xsd schemas folder and you can find there GdbExchange.xsd file.

This file is updated and contains a lot of new things, like utility network, field groups, but I unable to find there something about attribute rules.

Why attribute rules are not available there? For me it looks that ESRI added obsolete file there or there is some unknown purpose.

Any comments/ideas where to get GdbExchange.xsd with attribute rules?
