In ArcGIS Pro I added a WMTS service and from this service I added a layer to the map. This layer that I added is not aligned with a vector layer I already have in the map (note that the coordinate system of the map, the vector layer and the service are the same). I tryed with another famous GIS software and the same layers and coordinate system and the layers align properly.
Maybe the difference is because with ArcGIS Pro I added the WMTS layer in the map and AFTER I changed the coordinate system, otherwise with the other GIS software I could choose between different coordinate system BEFORE to add the WMTS layer to the map. Could this be the problem? In any case, is there a way to resolve this?
