Inconsistent Clusters

When I've tried clustering in Map Viewer Beta I've experienced a number of inconsistent results:

  1. Sometimes single point clusters can be larger than a cluster that contains 10 points or more.
  2. As you increase the cluster radius the clustering is erratic - single points get clustered then dropped from a cluster, then added, then dropped and so on.
  3. Sometimes small and large clusters overlap where they should be combined.

I would also like it if single point clusters could be labeled with a "1".

It would also be nice to have numeric values on the cluster radius and cluster size sliders so that you can repeat your results.
