Conditional Indicator Arcade help

I was super excited to find out that Conditional Indicators were a thing in Beta, so I thought I'd try it out.  I'm an Arcade noob though and I can't figure out my code block.  Anybody want to help?


Basically, it's counting features based on a filter.  And we want a different colored shape based on how many points it finds.  So the variable you see there is a count of features based on a filter in the indicator.  I'm sure it's something dumb with my syntax, what do you all think?  Just one of the return blocks works without all the if/else's, so I think that part is ok.  Thanks!
