9.3 to 10 VB6 tool help

I had this tool in 9.3 vb6 that work great. Now that i have update to 10 my tool is broken. I've tried figuring it out but i have not had any luck. Can some one please take a look? it errors at " If tmpPoint1 Is Nothing Then". Thanks.
