Good Morning
I would like to join a layer to a table and then save it as a new layer. If I do it manually and do "Data, export data", the names of the original fields are kept. However when I try to do it in modelbuilder, the fields are modified, indicating the origin of each field like that: <nametable>. <namefield>.
I would like to keep the name of the original fields because I need them for further post-processing.
Does anyone know how it can be done?
I have ArcGIS version 9.3.1
