I am following the document to learn how to use geostatistical wizard to interpolate points

https://www.esri.com/content/dam/esrisites/en-us/media/pdf/learn-arcgis/interpolate-temperatures-usi...

my question is that after I get the interpolated surface, how to get a new layer by clipping it to show the continental area only (I don't need the one on ocean)? In Analysis->Tools->Clip, the new generated surface does not even show in the Input Features.

What I need is to clip the interpolated surface, create a new layer and then upload it to arcgis online for my other projects. There must be a way or a tool somewhere to do it, right? Thank you for your help!
