Oriented Imagery - Custom Overlays

Hi - is it possible to use your own data as an overlay on to imagery within the Oriented Imagery viewer window?  Both in Pro and in the WAB widget? Currently I can can only see the Camera Locations layer in the overlays section in the viewer.

Specifically 360 Panorama/Bubble images?

If it is possible then what are the requirements for the feature class / service to use it this way?
