Spatial.AVX, How to ?! and Where ?!

Hello,

I have problems with arcview 3.2,
I'm trying to run a hydrological model "Wetspass" and it came as extension (.AVX)
Each time I run the extension it asks about locating a file which name is "SPATIAL.AVX" and I can't find it !
Where can I find this extension and run it ?

Can anybody help me with running the extensions on arc map 9.x ??

The model is looking for the spatial analyst extension.  It looks like it is not installed on your PC.  Unless the creator of the model has upgraded to 9.x you are out  of luck running that one on ArcGIS.
