Hi there. I have a story set up with several maps featuring tracks and trails on land we manage, designed to be viewed by the public and provide wayfinding and regulatory information. The pop-ups have been configured to provide additional information, and work well on desktop.
However, when viewing on mobile (Safari, iOS 13.4.1) the pop-ups will only display for the reserve area polygons, and not for the line features used for the tracks and trails. The pop-ups work fine if I view the web map directly (not as part of a story). Is this a configuration issue, or a known bug?
Similarly, when attempting to display my current location on mobile I receive 'Location not available' error, despite viewing through https and having the permissions set to allow location data.
