Matt,
I have been unsuccessful in installing the Terraflex addin for ArcMap 4.04 to ArcMap 10.3.1
The extension seems to be there and the Toolbar Add-in seems to be there. At least each is in the listing and checked.
But no toolbar.
Any suggestions
