ArcGIS for AutoCAD Bonus Tools fail to load

When I try to use ArcGIS for AutoCAD 370 Bonus Tools - Auto Labeling it fails. When I click the Auto Labeling tool in the AFA Bonus Tools ribbon, I get the following message: 

Command: (progn (load "afa_labeling") (c:AFA_LABELFEATURECLASS)) ; error: LOAD failed: "afa_labeling"

What do I need to do to get the Labeling to work?

The message seems to  indicate that AutoCAD can't find the  Autolisp routine in order to load it.  Be sure to add the folder where  you have copied the AutoLISP  files in your SUPPORT path and TRUSTED paths of AutoCAD.
