ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud

Hi,

I have installed "ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud" successfully.  I enter Authorization Code in Adobe Illustrator CC 2020sent by ESRI via email using Complimentary Account then it shows invalid. 

Kindly give me suggestion what should i do to resolve this issue.
