Visual Studio 2019?

Hello,

Are there any plans soon to move the required Visual Studio DLLs (msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll) to 2019 versions?  Just curious.  We worry that at any point Visual Studio 2017 might not be available for download.

Hi Jeremy Roberts‌,

     Currently there are no plans to move to VS 2019, but that is primarily driven by the Qt Company, and not our decision. We support the commercial, pre-built Qt SDK out of the box, and the latest versions for Windows do not support VS 2019 at this time.

We will reevaluate this decision when Qt makes changes to their builds to support VS 2019.
