I have the following:
1. a watercourse layer (polylines)
2. a spring reach start layer (xy points)
3. a spring reach end layer (xy points)
I want to clip the polyline layer using the start/end xy points. I want to end up with a subset of the polyline layer with only the bits between the start/end points.
Has anyone done this before? It's kind of like linear referencing but this requries measurements, not xy points.
