One of my custom has an old GIS software and decided to migrate to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterpise.
I'm currently implementing the water utility network.
There is one specific functionnality he had before for which I don't know how to do with ArcGIS products.
In the two attachements, you can see that in his previous GIS, my customer was able to draw detailed zones to see cleary dense area (valves, nodes, etc.) at low scale.
It's more CAD than GIS to me but it's really important to him
Someone can give me an advice for this ?
