ArcGis for PowerBI Pro Signin Issue. Please help

Hi:

If anyone can answer this question for me. I have arcgis online and PBI pro. But it seems I cannot sigin. I looked at various documentations and it seems all you need are licences for AGOL and PBI Pro. I dont think you need to pay for "ArcGis Maps for Power BI." Is this some admin issue? or do I have to buy licences for "AGOL for PBI Pro. I am using PBI Pro desktop. 

Below error message: “Your ArcGis account requires an add-on licence and associate privileges to use ArcGis Maps for Power BI”
