Can we run two separate license files on one license server?

We have numerous concurrent use licenses and would like to keep them separate to avoid people from group A getting a group B license just because all the A licenses were busy.  Would rather not set up a whole additional server just for this - server sprawl! - and wondering since you can specify the port numbers to use for a license file can you have two daemons running ESRI licensing on the same flexnet server, just specifying different ports?  Intuitively it seems to me you should be able to...

Vancouver DCB,

This is not an option.  The ArcGIS License Manager has a single ArcGIS.exe vendor daemon to run alongside Flexera's lmgrd.exe vendor daemon.  However, you can use the option file to set the maximum number of licenses a particular user or group can consume.  Here's additional information concerning the option file:
