Documents sharing - Need a better solution for the exchange of numerous documents for collaboration of supporting team members, content not intended to be shared with the general public
- Need ability to share several documents easily with supporting teams and for supporting team members to load documents with little to no training
- Gallery Card ineffective for document storage/sharing – 16 document limit not enough storage
- Process to load and share documents too difficult for end users unfamiliar with ArcGIS Online
- Decided to go with Basecamp3 as a tool for non-public document sharing with supporting teams
