Custom HTML & Attribute Expressions Not Being Honored by Operations Dashboard

I have custom pop-ups that include HTML generated tables as well as Attribute Expressions that are used to filter pop-up media images that work correctly in the web map viewer, but do not work correctly in operations dashboards. why is this happening? Is there a way to fix this?
