Vector tile not displaying properly in Map Viewer

I authored the map in ArcGis Pro, then I runned the tools 'Create Vector Tile Index' and 'Create Vector Tile Package, finally I uploaded the .vtpk file in ArcGis Enterprise. However, when I open the hosted layer in the Map Viewer the map is not drawing completely, besides that, when I zoom in on the drawn areas the display is very slow or the page fails.

The area that remains without drawing is precisely that in which the vector index is denser.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
